How a concierge service works

Clients must have their service request lists submitted to the business office by 8 a.m. the day of scheduled stop.

Taking and executing service request:

1.      Fill out a service request form online, fax, phone, email or by mail service.

A.    Car Maintenance Request Form

B.    Find Me a Service Request Form

C.    Post Office Service Request Form

D.    Shopping Service Request Form
  (REQUEST ARE CONFIRMED)

2.     Make payment if not a current member of Mason-Dixon Concierge, LLC 
  (members are billed or charged)

           
            A.  The errand cannot start until payment has been received.

B.  New clients cannot be billed until a contract has been signed for a membership.

C.  If your account is below balance, it must be replenished in order for services to   continue.

 

3.    The errand request will be added to the concierge errand Log, which will be      
  picked up after the final shift  for the next business day
