New Document Organizer Services
Our document organizer service makes it easy for you to organize
your company’s receipts, invoices and business cards while also saving time and money. Simply collect
your receipts, invoices and business cards and deliver them to us. We will digitize them, integrate them
into your financial software records and provide them to you in the file format most convenient to you. Furthermore,
we can export your receipt and invoice data to files compatible with Excel or any major financial software package and can
export your business card contact information to files compatible with Outlook, Sales-force, and your email client.
Finally, we will maintain a complete receipt archive should you ever need to access them.

Schedule a Handyman Day
There are many ways a personal concierge or assistant can make your life
easier for instance setting - up a mass FIX-IT session.
Here's how it works. The client simply goes around the house and
makes a list of all the little jobs that they have been meaning to do. (Sometimes for YEARS)
Here is a sample list:
1) Fix leak in shower
2) Fix loose tile in kitchen
3) Replace outlet in kid's room
4) Repair lock
on garden gate
5) Caulk around upstairs tub
6) Fix leaky toilet in master bath
7) Repair downspout
8) Patch crack in driveway
Once a list is compiled your personal assistant will engage a skilled handyman
or two to come and tackle the jobs in a single day. Since most tradesman charge a service call fee the client would only
have to pay once and get all of those annoying tasks off the list in a single visit. The personal assistant will meet
the service personnel, show them the tasks, then inspect the work once complete.
Most people will feel a tremendous relief and satisfaction with the accomplishment since the items won't continuously
remind them of a job waiting to be done.
