What is a Personal Concierge?
A personal concierge is your
opportunity to gain back precious time by hiring someone else to run errands and help organize you. The Personal Concierge
industry is rapidly growing, as Americans cope with hectic schedules and demanding lifestyles.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service. For example, to shop for, buy,
wrap, and mail a wedding gift is easier than planning a wedding reception.
Do you
provide all the services yourself?
Mason-Dixon Concierge, LLC has established relationships
with several reputable service providers such as house cleaners, personal chefs, and many others. We won't bring anyone
into your home that we wouldn't allow in our own.
What area do you serve?
We provide personal assistance and errand services in the Baltimore Metropolitan area only. However, Virtual
Assistance is available throughout the entire Baltimore-Washington area and beyond.
What
hours are you available?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We are also available for events and parties that occur on weekends or evenings. We request 24-hour notice on all services,
but we also realize emergencies happen and we'll do everything we can to accommodate an urgent request!
Do you arrange daycare?
Yes, for children, elderly and pets. Mason-Dixon
Concierge, LLC can refer you to childcare, eldercare and pet daycare providers. The list of services we do offer is quite
extensive, however. And if you don't see it on the list, just ask!

Mason-Dixon Concierge, LLC is a bonded and insured
limited liability corporation. We are also members of the International Concierge & Errand Association, and Catonsville,
Maryland, Chamber of Commerce. And we prove our reliability every time we make your life easier!
